Arch joined the firm in 2005 as a registered architect. He has successfully managed a wide variety of projects including multifamily residential, mixed-use, adaptive re-use, office, industrial, retail, restaurant, and single family residential. After receiving a business degree in Finance and Real Estate and working in the real estate business for several years, and then returning to Architecture school, Arch received his Bachelors of Architecture degree from the University of Arkansas where he traveled to Mexico City for his study abroad. The diversity of the architecture found in Mexico City and the surrounding areas helped create a well-balanced sense of design and unique understanding of the need for infill development.
Upon returning from Mexico, in his senior year of architecture school, Arch had the opportunity to take on the role of construction manager for an urban re-use project for which he had already participated in the design and documentation phases. The project went on to win state and regional AIA awards. This unusual opportunity and other previous experience in construction have provided Arch with extensive knowledge and understanding of construction issues that have proved to be very valuable to our clients in managing architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
